Car service

Took my car for service on the 18th of April and my bonnet came back with a dent. I called the dealership the same day and arranged that i will bring it back on the 20th for them to inspect it. I spoke to Eugene who promised to check the cameras and come back to me with feedback on the 24th and till today i had no response from cmh. The previous time, the water lid was not tightened and the water spilled on the engine. I need urgent feedback
