Bad service

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service, I took my car in 2019 Dec and from the 1st week I’ve had problems with the car and every time I take the car to them they tell me about an extended warranty that doesn’t even pay for anything and I’m even expected to pay R1000 for diagnosing the car which I initially told them it had a lot of problems…
