Poor planning.

I brought my car in to get serviced this morning and prior to this had discussed with the consultant I booked my vehicle in with that I needed a lift back home. I assumed they would think ahead and know how many people would need a lift on the day i have booked. Yet i am sitting here and the booking consultant tells me they can get the mechanic to take me back home in my own car?????? Seriously then I must take the risk if anything should happen. They tell me that they only have one car, this is mazda seriously.. you telling me there are no demo cars that could be used to take me 2kms up the road?? This is very disappointing and I will never use this Mazda again or refer anyone to it.
