Mazda SA and CMH dealership suck
I have had a Mazda BT50 2014 for 5 years and its really a good vehicle. Yes its had its problems but hell trying to get them repaired under warranty or just trying to get a spare part is nothing short of a nightmare. Between Mazda SA and the Mazda dealership CMH in Durban i just can't seem to judge who is more useless or pathetic. Thank goodness Ford saw the writing on the wall and split away from these clowns some 2 years ago. 1. Had a defective rust and paint issue. Dealership blames stones causing the paint to chip. 2.Gearbox intercooler went while still in its warranty period. What a long song and dance to get this covered. Eventually i had to pay labour R38000 to have it repaired. Chromed Door handle plastic section broke off. Went to CMH spares dept in central Durban. Firstly you have to walk a mile through there busy workshop to find 3 sorry looking individuals sitting behind one monitor. I show them the part they quote me R 410.00 for a 50c item. After correcting them i pay R100 and now await the 5 weeks delivery. Well 6 weeks later i call and they tell me the part had arrived. Part not chrome but black in colour. Return the part. Now another 5 weeks. I highly suggest they start waking up Or go ice creams on the beach. I bet they would have a problem doing that too. What a bunch of losers.
