Save yourself the incredible stress and find an alternate service provider. CMH Land Rover Cape Town haven’t a clue what service means. It’s a circus, the only person who cares, albeit for the wrong reasons, is the after sales survey person who is so keen to get approval of the service delivered. The manager sits in his ivory tower and doesn’t move, even when there is an irate customer in the shop. The dealer principal must be non the wiser because he certainly doesn’t make contact with the customer. It’s a joke and every reason to stop purchasing from the Land Rover brand. I am going to continue with the bad press, let see what CMH do about this.
