Non starting car not fixed for almost seens from the 2nd of December 2019 until 13th of January 2020

My ford fiesta has been in cmh kempster Ford in Pretoria central workshop seens the 2nd of December 2019 for non starting on the 18th they've given me the quotation I said they must proceed working on the car on the 7th of January 2020 I called workshop manager informing her how unhappy I am even today my car has not been fixed. My Registration is DL 29 JL GP on the 10th of January 2020 they called told me they ordered wrong parts my quote will change, how because the Technician inspected my car and he saw what's wrong that's why they gave me the quotation.I am not happy.The lady by the name of Salamina service receptionist she's rude don't know how to talk to the customer she's the one whose handling my case.
