CAR REVIEW

I am writing with disappointed with the service and the condition of the vehicle I purchased from this company.

From the very beginning, I raised multiple issues with the car. When I start the ignition, there is an airbag error showing. Additionally, there is water leakage on the front passenger seat whenever the air conditioner is on, and water also leaks underneath the same side of the car. On top of that, the car battery randomly dies, which is extremely concerning.

I made several attempts to communicate these issues to both the salesperson who assisted me and the manager. I was initially told that the problem may have occurred during the valeting process and that a specific part had been ordered. However, it has now been over two weeks without any update or feedback. Despite my continuous follow-ups, I have received no clear communication regarding the arrival or replacement of the part.

More recently, I was informed that the manager is away on training and cannot assist me at this time. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering that I am expected to pay a significant amount for this vehicle.

I am not satisfied with the condition of the car, nor the lack of communication and accountability from the company. This experience has caused me stress and a complete lack of peace of mind.

As a result, I have decided to return the vehicle. I expect the company to take responsibility and provide me with a replacement vehicle of the same model, in proper working condition, and free from these technical issues.

I hope this matter will be resolved urgently and professionally.
