Bad service from Refilwe Kwakwa.

I had the worst serve ever today at CMH Kempster Pretoria from Refilwe Kwakwa. The lady is rude, she doesn't listen to what the client is saying and very disrespectful. She doesn't have customer service at all. Very disappointed
