No feedback on vehicle registration

Worst service ever. I bought a Ford eco sports a year ago and still have not received my new registration. The disk on the car expired a long time ago and the dealership is not helpful at all. The manager Pierre Erasmus keeps referring me to Tebogo, the person that is supposed to deal with vehicle registration but I get no feedback from either of them. I do not know what to do next as this is becoming a pain to explain to traffic officers.
