FALSE ADVERTISING AND NOT KEEPING TO PROMISES

On 07 January 2024 I purchased a vehicle (2023 Ford Ranger XLT SIT) from CMH Kempster Ford used vehicle assisted by Lwandile Adonis (Sales person), upon my viewing of the vehicle he explained to me the differences in the models and we started with the finance application process but they did not have a particular model on the floor, the next day 08 January 2024 he told me he got the vehicle and sent me the photos and also the bank had approved the deal. We arranged a date of 13 January 2024 for collection and when I arrived to collect the vehicle I realized that the mag wheels of the actual vehicle was different to what he has sent me and raised it with him immediately, he told me they will sort that out for me and his manager was not on duty on the day I must come back on Mon 13 January 2024, I went back on the agreed date and found the manager and Lwandile, we had a meeting and explained what had happened and they promised to order the mag wheels for me and let me know, I kept following up with Lwandile who constantly kept lying to me until I called the dealer on the 26 January 2024 when they told me Lwandile has resigned. I feel it is still the dealers responsility to sort this out as the bank pays to them and not to the sales person and they were aware about the issue before his resignation.
