Ruined my car I just bought from them

I am very unhappy with CMH Ford Hatfield. When buying my used Audi A3 sedan they said that it was compulsory to have the Smash and Grab done through them, it can not be removed from the invoice. The car went in to get it done and that is where the problems started. They are not competent enough to work on these cars. My door panel and rubbers were cut, my plastic pillar was melted and the chrome beading on the outside was scratched. I complained about it and the car went back for 2 and a half weeks. When I finally got the car back the one chrome breading was bent, they installed a aftermarket door panel that is full of bubbles, the chrome beading on my door is catching on the rear door and the windows don't close on their own, I need to help it up to get it closed.
