Rude Service

I am so disappointed with the overall service. Prudence is ridiculously and unnecessarily rude. I have had my previous services before and she tells me I didn't tell them I have a service plan but then confirms who my service plan is with??? How does that work?! She then blames me for not letting them know and also blames me for not letting a service consultant know that I need the hurtle to collect me! How the hell am I supposed to know that I must inform a service consultant when the shuttle driver confirmed my collection when he dropped me off?! This just baffles my mind. Do you people not realize you are losing customers?!
