CMH not treating me like a customer, instead I have to beg to be communicated to

I bought a car from the Approved Used Cars CMH Ford Hatfield which I received on the 15th of May 2019. It gave me a problem the following day and they then took it in to be diagnosed and they gave me a courtesy car in the meantime. My problem is that they never ever call me to give me an update on my vehicle. I would call and they would tell me I should get it in the next 3 days, that 3rd day would come without anyone calling me to tell me that I am no longer getting the car today. I have to call and sms a couple of times before I am even responded to. Yesterday I was smsed and told that I would be called today, a problem has been found. Guess what, no one has called me and it’s the end of the day. Will they call me? I doubt, they are probably going to wait for me to call first. It’s like they just don’t care because they already have the money for the car, it’s been paid by the bank.
