wrong quotation, no stock

CMH Kempster Ford very useless, phoned them to confirm if they have a part and what is they price, so i called and they said yes we have the part in stock for you, i gave them all my vehicle details and asked how much is the part they said R120 sir, so i took time off work drove there and only to find out, they have no stock and the part was R250 and how i have to wait till they get the part, Lord know when and if the part will be the right one. but you guys are useless, it costs money running up and down and you need to understand that if it wasn't for customers there would be no Kempster Ford. very disappointed
