Poor car service

I recently took my 2012 Ford Figo for an annual service at CMH Kempster Ford in Durban South. I received the poorest quality service and will not be affiliating with the business anymore. Initially, I was quoted R2600 for the service but ended up being charged R3300 due to "extras" which had to be done. After negotiating, they lowered the price to R3000 (still unacceptable). The agent could not tell me what had been replaced. Furthermore, the agent said that the cost was high because of their hourly rate of R900. Basically, the only thing done to my vehicle after a day of service was an oil service which I was charged R1800 for labour only. Additionally, they had said that the the spark plugs had been changed, but this was not the case. Cherry on the top, they did not stamp my service book.
