Pathetic service, never buying again

<p>Took my car there early, at 7h30 am I'm still waiting in the line, which is fine, got seen after 8am, told them to check brakes, got no feedback, only called me to tell me I have a tiny chip on my windscreen which I have to pay for. Got picked up from work at 17h30 despite the fact that my husband, brother and I made several calls to ask what's going on, only to be transferred by rude switch board and reception, they have my husband and I cell phone number but only apparently trying to get a hold of me. Came back to the dealership after 18h15 and had to wait for them to find my car because it was still in the garage, then get told they can't provide an invoice so I tell them forward it tomorrow, still haven't received any emails yet regarding what was done to my car. Useless Ford. </p>
