New Ford Ranger overprized with defects

We buy a brand new Ford Ranger 2.2 XL 4x4 double cab for R399000. Two weeks later we discovered that the vehicle was resprayed in the left rear door. The loadbin is also scew and the left and right front seats are both scew. The backrests of both seats are twisted. We paid R399000 cash for the brand new vehicle. 3 to 4 months later I got a quote from Allan Joss Motors and I can get the exact vehicle after two price hikes for R367000. We were told that we receive huge discount when we bought the vehicle. We were also charged with features on the vehicle which is standard on the vehicle. We want a new Ford Ranger because we paid for a spotless brand new vehicle. The manager wants to fix the vehicle but why fix a brand new vehicle. Ford Motor Company South Africa keep on referring me back to the branch where I bought the vehicle and they don't want to give me an appointment with the CEO and Managing director.
