KEMPSTER FORD HATFIELD (CMH Pretoria) SOLD ME A CAR THAT'S BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT

<p>I just realised that Kempster Ford Hatfield sold me a car thats been involved in an accident and when i bought the car it was misrepresentated to me, i was told the car was never involved in an accident. First day when i collected the car from the dealership i noticed a very strange noise coming from the steering wheel everytime i turned it. I then called the sales guy who sold the car to me (David More) i told him about the noise that the steering wheel is making then he said i must bring the car back so they can fix the proble. When i expected the dealership to fix the problem since this problem wasnt created by me they told me that my warranty will cover the costs of repairing the car, i wasnt happy about that but i decided to let it pass. Two days after the dealership claimed to have fixed the problem that very same problem started again. Then i took it in for repairs, they claimed to have fixed it only to find that they are just doing a temporary fix this problem never went away. Then recently i took my car in for them to make this problem go away, they are giving me excuses that my warranty cannot cover the costs of repairing the car, i have to pay 50% of the costs. Of which i do not agree to pay for because i discovered this problem first day i collected the car from the dealership and i expect the dearship to repair the car for free. Now my car is at the dealership and i've been calling them to find out what is the progress of repairing my car and nobody is getting back to me. And this is really inconveniencing me because i need the car to go to work since i stay in pretoria but work in Kempton park. I am really being taken for a ride and its not nice to be treated like this as a customer. Kempstor Ford Hatfield (CMH Pretoria) is really letting me down.</p>
