Got Misled and Riped off on my Tire and Rim Warranty by CMH FORD PRETORIA

I would like to express my anger and frustration towards the service I received with respect of the claim (Tire Claim) I made to CMH FORD in Pretoria. After numerous attempt to get the tire repaired, providing them with all the required proof, I was advised that I damaged the tire and ford will not be responsible for the tire repairs. I also explained to them that, when the car was bought, there was an additional fee of R952.28, added on the principal debt of the car for the tire and rim warranty. The above was not considered and they couldn't explain to me what was the addition fee for if I lodge a claim for the tire repair, I get to be told they are not responsible for the tire repair. It all looks good on paper and the explanation is convincing when they sell the car but when it comes to delivering is one excuse after another. They Could not even explain the reason as to why was there a tire and rim warranty added on the principal of the vehicle if they do not want to repair the damaged Tire.
