Ford Ecosport Titanium

<p>I have purchased a brand new Ford ecosport in January 2014. I have complained numerous times about the shudder that the vehicle has, spoke to managers in umhlanga office and still have the same problem with the vehicle. Made contact yet again in January 2017 and they promised to replace a new clutch pack and to date I am still awaiting a response. Pathetic poor service, 3 years gone by and vehicle still not sorted out plus other minor issues still needs attention. Very unhappy and disappointed customer!! </p>
