Disappointed Customer

A week ago I was approved for a vehicle at your dealership but am yet to receive a car. Everyday I phone in and am given a million stories by the salesman and his manager. When I was applying for finance I used to get daily calls from the salesman but now that they have to deliver, I'm the one that's making the initiative. I've never experienced such poor service and am greatly disappointed and upset as I need the car for work and private use.
