Deception in Ford Car Sale

Umhlanga Ford had recently sold me a 2015 Ikon. Robert Dayaram, salesman, had advised that in order for Umhlanga Ford to make their target, new vehicles would be registered under their CMH Kempster Ford which allows for an increase in actual sales. These vehicles by being registered in the books of CMH Kempster Ford had to be sold at a lower price. After purchasing, I requested the license plates from Gauteng. At Centurion Lazuraus Ford, a technician claimed that my vehicle had been in an accident. However when I told him that the vehicle was purchased from Ford he then said he cannot be sure but pointed out the reasons for his statement. I then advised Robert regarding this matter and he advised he will disprove this statement with proof. A month later with no resolve I escalated to the Manager (Vishan) who also committed to provide a resolve. It's been a month later I haven't heard from either. I am applauded by this type of deception and after service. One should be weary when engaging with this dealership. I'm still trying to resolve this matter without any assistance from Ford. <br> Ford, thank you for the added stress.
