CMH UMGENI RD WORST SERVICE EVER

I have never experienced such poor service and feed back from any auto dealer in 20 years.They dont return calls or keep any one informed of details pertaining to a gearbox repair.On asking for a diagnotic printout they refused to supply one or even show it to us .Which makes one wonder if the work is even done or whether it is a money making racket on their behalf. Service manager would not even approach me or try to discuss the situation
