Bad After Sale Service

Purchaced a used vehicle and still awaiting service book for over a year. <br> Salesman tells me it's not in his hands now i have to speak to his manager who no longer works <br> in the Dealership. have spoken to the new manager who has promised to buy a new service book <br> but is not sure as in when will i receive it. <br> <br> he says it could be 2 weeks or 2 months.
