All pay and no service benefit.

Hello, so I have a ford fiesta St 1.6 ecoboost 2014. I started to experience a squeaky sound coming from the front of the car whenever I was on a road that wasn't 100% smooth. I took the car in to this Ford Dealership, who said it was because the suspension didn't have enough lubrication, so I paid them to re-lube the suspension. The problem however wasn't fixed, despite them ensuring me that they had personally driven the car with no squeaky sounds, so I took it back once again to see if they could fix it. Now they said the car had a dirty braking system and they charged me to clean them. Once again the problem wasn't solved, so I phoned through and asked if I could take someone for a ride to show them the sound I was experiencing. They told me to come in and the Foreman will come with for a drive, as previously he had told me he personally drove the car and it was fixed but it clearly wasn't. On the drive I pointed out numerous times the sound, which led the foreman to say that I am hearing things and that there is no sound. I asked for another mechanic to accompany me for a drive to hear the sound. He too heard it when we were alone in the car but upon speaking with the foreman claimed he also cannot hear it. I paid a couple of thousands of rands to be told that I was hearing things. Extremely frustrated with their poor service and attitude, I was turned to "Martin Le Roux Motors", they were extremely friendly and kind. They had my car for a few hours and diagnosed the problem to be with my brake pads and callipers. In one day they had fixed what CMH Ford couldn't in 7 days. I will never use CMH Kempster Ford Randburg again for the servicing of my vehicle.
