All i need is to go to work

I brought in my car on Friday the 11th of March I was told that they will work on it on Monday, which I accepted. On Monday when i took my service book to CMH Kempster Pretoria as they had requested, I asked them if they didn't offer a courtesy car while fixing my car, and their responce was \NO!!!\". I had no problem because I was doing a morning shift at work, so i could for an interim resort to using public transportation. The problem started on Friday when i was doing a late shift (15:00-23:00), I work in Randburg and live in Pretoria (thats the reason i bought a car) and knock off quite late, at 11pm. All i need is a courtesy car while they are fixing my car,mind you, my car is brand new and merely a year old but it's it's already giving me problems, with that being said, they didn't even bother themselves to act as the reputable company as they state to be and provide me with a courtesy car. Someone from their company called me today and said they didn't have any courtesy cars available as because all of them were in use, I then asked myself this question, why wasn't i offered a courtesy car on Monday when i took my service book or even told that a such would be given to me "
