1 year old vehicle with many problems

I bought my ford kuga last year April on the 17th. Since then i've doing wheel alignment more than any driver in S.A i.e more than 10 times. This has led to a situation where my front tyres are badly worn. I informed kempster auto about this problem and i've taking my car to them more than 5 times but they failed yo fix my car. On top of that i discovered that the gearbox is faulty and informed them. However, they couldn't careless they promised to call me 2 weeks ago to bring the for diagnosis as soon as the loan is available but i'm still waiting . At one stage while discussing the issue with Dominic, he told me i was talking nonsense . There three things that need to be fixed in my car 1. Gearbox
