Sold me a brand new car without a keycode for the radio and want to charge me for it

<p>I purchased a new Ford Figo in 2011 and only after replacing the battery 5 years later I find out that the Radio Key code is not in the owners manual and when I contact Ford they want to charge me for supplying me with a new one.</p> <p>They explained to me that there is a labour charge involved in supplying me with a new one but the problem I have with that is if all the quality checks were done prior to handing me the car we would not be having this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>What Ford does not understand that it is not about the charge but about the principal in being fair to their customers</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
