Pathetic and ***********

Sent my van in on tuesday. Mohammed advised me that patricia will attend to the warranty claim on wednesday as he wont be in. Wednesday comes patricia doesnt do anything and says no job card. Doesnt care to call mohammed and ask him where the job card is , she just says no job card and leaves my vehicle standing without care.I have to leave work and make a fuss at the dealership for them to call mohammed and ask for a job card. Why should I be leaving work and running back to the dealership? Cant they sort out their internal problems themselves. Today is thursday afternoon and they still haven't looked at the van. It's a working van and it stood there 2 and a half days without being looked at. Congrats on the good service ford !
