Do not buy a car from this dealership, you will just get ********

<p>Absolutely terrible service from CMH Kempster Ford Bluff! I purchased a 2011 model Chev Cruze on 9th April 2016 from them, took an unlimited maintenance plan to make sure repairs are covered. Literally from day 1 I have had problems with the car which I continously brought to the service manager Jaco and my salesman Lucas Sibisi's attention. Important things like the brakes and shocks needed to be changed. At first I kept taking the car in, leaving it with them for a day or two, but when I got the car back, the issues it went in for was not attended to. In the space of the 3 months that I have the car now I have taken the car back to the dealership almost 7 times for the same things! Eventually I wrote an e-mail, including the complaints department of the finance company. Since CMH Kempster Ford refused to take responsibility for the bad quality parts on the car, I have been instructed to take the car to a Chev service centre. Except they can't start work on the car until CMH Kemspter Ford gives me the invoices of the work previously done on the car. I sent a mail on Wednesday requesting these invoices and till now have not received any reply from CMH kempster Ford. I had to now call Lucas and request them yet again, and as usual, he gave me the run around saying that he is busy and Jaco is busy. So from what it looks like, CMH Kempster Ford Bluff is waiting for me to have a serious accident before they might decide to give me any help or my paperwork, especially since Jaco called bad brakes and shocks "minor issues"! I urge anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to NOT do that! You will only get good customer service from them before you sign the purchase contract. After that you will have a car that starts going bad a few days after you collect it from them, and absolutely terrible customer service. Do not put your lives at risk driving any vehicles from this dealership.</p>
