Bad after sales Service I personally have experience with Cmh Kempster Auto Bluff

I have received a very bad after sales service as a customer, I have taken my car to Ford I had used my extended warranty to fix the car with Ford. The total cost of repair amounted to +/- R 13,000.00 which my extended Warranty approved to pay R 2,250.00. The car was finished early January 2019 and ford refused to release the car before receiving the payment of their work. I had a family emergency that i needed to attend to in Limpopo i then opted to pay the whole amount with an agreement that the funds will be transferred to me once paid by the Warranty company. Cmh Kempster Auto Bluff failed to submit the invoice as per the agreement they had with the extended Warranty I have since made follow ups with no assistance from Cmh Kempster Auto Bluff.

I have escalated this matter to the service manager to no assistance up until now I have not received the payment of R 2,250.00 I have also requested Cmh Kempster Auto Bluff to send me all correspondence they have with the extendend warranty to assist me as their client to no avail. I am so dissatisfied with Cmh Kempster Auto Bluff after sales service as long as they have been paid they don't seem to care about their clients even when they are at fault. it has been over 3 month until now and i still do not have my money.
