Holding Deposit for over 7 months !

I placed an order for a Brand new Defender last year June and paid a deposit with finance in place . The brand had an issue and did not have stock and we had to wait for another vehicle to be built . When the new car was ready the finance had to be reapp**** for but this obviously would take time . To hold the vehicle the Salesman asked me to pay in a further deposit which i did .

The bank has since paid them but now 7 months later the dealer is making excuse after excuse to return my R230000 deposit .

It is absolutely disgraceful . This is why Jaguar is failing worldwide . Will never support this brand ever again .
