They refuse to give a quote or estimate in spite of me specifying exactly what needs to be replaced. Need rear shocks replaced. Told them the parts with LR part numbers but they want me to bring in the vehicle for an inspection first. 3 other independent LR workshops quoted in detail and all more or less the same and the same orriginal parts.
