Uncaring manager at CMH Jaguar Land Rover Menlyn

I bought a 2013 Mercedes Benz at CMH Jaguar Land Rover Menlyn on 27 August 2021, the car gave me a problem within a day of picking it up, the engine light went off and a funny sound coming from the engine. I took it back and it was found that the problem is timing chain. It was fixed according to them and went to collect it on 14th September and within an hour of driving it, the sound from the engine was terrible this time. I took it back and on the 17th i was called to collect it, the sound was there again. I then decided to took the car to Dekra in Gezina, a lot of faults were detected including that the part fitted is not of the right value, meaning it is not the right size for the car. I then took it back, on the 27th September i was called to pick it up, the sound was there again after driving seven kilometers. On Monday the 4th of October 2021 i took the car to Mercedes Benz in Wonderboom, it was there for three days. Yesterday i got i call to say the parts fitted there are not the right one's and the chain looks like it is an old one. I called the manager Barney Lamprecht who then told me that the report i gave him from Dekra is ****, because he called Dekra the technician could not confirm what is on the report. Mind you all this inspections are on my account, he was very rude and arrogant on the phone. He is not willing to take the car back, i don't want the car because they are failing to fix it. Another defect was detected at Mercedes Benz. The alignment of the car is not okay. Since i got the car i only drove it for less than 200 Kms. Barney is adamant that he is not changing or taking the are back, he dropped my calls three times yesterday when i called him, luckily my phone is recording i have him on record. Please satay away from this business establishment, they don't care about their clients. I have now referred the matter to my attorneys for recourse, i have to spend more to fight for my rights because Barney careless.
