WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

I had the worst experience of my life with Honda CMH The Glen. I had an interest in one of their cars and I was told to pay R1000 for them to secure the car for me, which I did and I have proof of it. On the day that I was supposed to fetch the car I was told that the car was sold. THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. Right now I am waiting for a refund from them and I am told to sign refund forms which I refuse to because of how unfairly I was treated. Why make me pay to secure a car and then sell it?
