Wait time for shuttle is over an hour long

I booked in my car for service and confirmed if the last shuttle is still 8:30am. I got there by 8:20am and waited for a shuttle till 9:30am. The lady didnt care that i have to be in the office as well. I confirmed when i booked my car if i will get a shuttle by latest 8:30am. Very disappointed by the ladies attitude.
