Unprofessional and *****ulant

Purchased a ford 1.6 S 2012 model from Honda cmh the glen for R154 000 in october this year. When i went to collect the car after approval i found the car with no sun visor on the drivers side, had dents on the side, brakes screeching when i pressed on the brake, no floor mats in the car, 1 front light not working, 1 rear breaking light not working, cigarrete charging port not working and there was a caution light for the starring control. I enquired about all of the concern on the collection/exit interview when collecting the car and was told all these would be sorted on the next coming monday.

Monday came and no call or response was recieved. I called and i was told they are waiting for parts and all other accesories to be delivered by the manufacturer. I deceided to gvie them 4=3 more days and still nothing was recieved then dediced to go there was finally told to leave the car and that it would be fixed and sorted.

Got a call after 8 days and was told the car is ready and only to find thatonly floor mats and the sun visor were fitted an nothing was done on the car. I enquired with the sales person that sold me the car and he told me nothing was wrong with the brakes and that the screeching sound is just a temporary thing because brakes are new, the starring control light will go off in a few days and that the light bulbs are 25 rands and which i agreed i will buy myself from my own pocket.

After 2 days from fetching the car from their work shop i was stopped by metro officers and was told tyres are all finished and was fined a ticket of R2800 then the very same officers told me to get the brakes sorted out as they are screeeching very badly which highlighteed a very heightened concern. I then decided to go through the car paper with my lawyer and he lighted a lot of concernning things to me.

1. I was charged for service fee which is compulsory to all vehicle before they leave the dealer premises. I went to ford to check when was the last time the car waqs serviced and was to,d it last serviced in 2014.

2. The car has never had tyres changed in its existance they were all sore worn out.

3. Ford technincians told me to return the car to where i bought it asap as it is a hazard to me, also risk of insurance not paying if something happens and also risk loosing my car manufacturer warranty becuase of the tyres. brakes, starring control which shakes and trembes when the car is in motion and other mechanical faults.

4. went to tyger wheel and tyre was told the same thing about tyres and that i will void my tyre and mag wheel warranty if i drive or continue to drive the car with such worn out tyres as they could burst any time.

I then contacted the dealer on the 6th of December and was told i would get a call from their workshop and still today i havent recieved nothing. I call them everytday and the sales person just tells me the workshop is busy with my stuff and they will call me.

I have decided that after this review i follow all neccesary legal steps. I have already initiated communication with the consumer commision and also planning a law suit for *****, false and misleading adverti*****t and negligence.

I will visiting the dealer on Wednesday 28 December as well, i hope the dealership principal, sales manager and sales person will be present.
