Service excellence on another level

Last week I went to view cars at CMH Honda The Glen not knowing the amazing customer service that awaited me. I was assisted by a young passionate gentlemen named Chris. The pricing, the service the communication and everything else was simply insane. He facilitated the fitment of everthing for the car and I did not have to a lift a finger and all this within a short space of time. When I took delivery of the vehicle we noticed that we had left my wifes bag in the car that we had traded in and this after we the dealership had closed. I then contacted the dealer principle Dylan and he was the most helpful person ever. Chris put everything aside after Dylan had called me and drove all the way from home to unlock the vehicle and give us the bag. I salute Chris, Dylan aswell as Treasure for the absolute awesome service and feel honored to be a part of the Honda family. Thank you very much for everything guys!!!!
