Poor service and workmanship

I have been servicing my car there from 2018 each time I go there I don't get good service,I have a cheve cruse 2016 model 1.4T the car broke down after service and engine wash on the 29th of November 2022 and the quote was R164 000 of which the insurance rejected asking for discount on the 20th of December it was authorized but still today fhey haven't fixed it .the manager says they are waiting for parts the manager is a good person I don't know whether the system there is failing him or what the worse part they can't even give me a courtesy car yet they are sitting with my car .they have changed the engine before in 2020 they don't fix the faults but always buy new one same happened with turbo I have paid more than R200 000 from 2018 including the current quote yet they taking me for a fool
