Poor service

My car went for service in November 29 2022,after service that included the engine wash My car broke down same day and sent UT back of which I was told the pistol cracked and they opt to change the engine fast forward I only received my car this year February 23 .there was a noisey sound coming from the engine when I called them they asked me to bring the car for check up and found that it was a oil seal they will call me back to bring the car as it is not a major thing...3 months later I keep asking them and they would any they are waiting for Remtec approval until the car broke down again now I am back to square one ,my car is sitting there fighting Remtec for past two weeks nothing nothing have been done I keep calling them everyday same story
