Poor after sales service delivery

So if you want reasonable after sales service then best to avoid this place. We recently purchased a SUV second hand from them. Part of the agreement's was that a towbar should be installed, car should have been serviced, CV joints should have been replaced. Needles to say... i question if the service took place, the car was not ready for delivery on the agreed time, side mirror did not work... car had and still has a horrible vibration on it with acceleration...

After two weeks and a vast amount of phone calls between myself and the second hand sales manager and the sales person... we made an mutual agreement that I will take the car for and inspection and much to my surprise... oil leak... worn out rack ends... grease pouring from the " replaced CV joints" mirror still not folding...

Wonder how a workshop could not pick this up... how did it pass road worthy with a oil leak from the transfer case? How can you hand over the car knowing that it is in horrible condition? How could you dare handing over a car that was standing at your workshop and risk endangering life's of children and innocent people?

Absolutely poor and needles to say... i paid for the repairs on agreement that the funds will reflect back in my account before 12 midday on the 21st of Feb... haha what a joke this did not even happen
