I'm writing this on behalf of my Grandmother

My Grandmother brought her car in to your dealership last month, and I want you to know how much she cant stop talking about a certain lady Elisa Mo...(something). She was proficient and fast in getting her warranty claim done and kept her updated with parts in order and booked her in, Gran waited for her car while she had coffee and watched her run up and down to the mechanic (Alfie) paying attention to detail helping him and washing her car as smartly as she was dressed and nails done (Shes a perfect candidate as future manager)

The car is running better than it has in a while, and I give credit to the work your people (Elisa & Alfie) did. I myself am thinking of buying the new Civvic from CMH Honda I will recommend your dealership to others in the future, of course I will return with my grandmother when her car needs maintenance with a box of chocolates for Elisa.
