Paid cash for my car, no registration papers??????

Paid cash for my car, Honda promised to send me the registration papers 1 week after i collected the car.<br> as we all know how slow things go with this country, i gave them two extra weeks to deliver me my registration papers.<br> When i asked Loyiso Yul Stofile where my papers are 3 weeks after collection of the car, he said he recieved it that same morning i asked for the papers. he confirmed in a email he will send it to me.<br> I am now still waiting one week later? no follow up, no apologies. nothing.<br> Now seeing as Loyiso Yul Stofile is full of empty promises and his leadmaster knows about the entire story, i am blaming CMH honda and their poor management skills for this mess.<br> Selling a car without any registration papers is extremely dangerous. and ilegal.<br> If i do not recieve my car registration papers by 18/2/2016, i will go lay a ******** charge against CMH Honda and get my lawyer involved.
