Non existent 'extended service plan'

I took out an extended service plan when buying my car (new). Took the option of including an extended service plan (R5800) which I was told covers the 45000km and 60000km service. *I have the emails and it reflects on my contract.<br> <br> When taking vehicle for the 45000km service was told my plan was not activated by the FNI, then that it expired. Everyone had a different story. I had to then pay for the service (R2893.51).<br> <br> I was told almost a month ago they'd sort this out and refund me. But I've been left hanging. I am now seeking legal advice.
