Honda Midrand in New Road, **********

<p>I bought a car from Honda Midrand, three months later I logged a request for a warranty claim, they were so ***** about everything. They asked that I bring my car in for three days so they can go fix the door panel, I refused as this is a new car. Six months later then advised that they have received the part and that I should book my car in under the pretense that they are going to replace the old one. I booked my car in to fit the new door panel and fix the gear lever, later that day they advised that they are not done. They gave a loan car for the day because they didn't want me to know that they didn’t replace the door panel but they just fixed the old one with glue. This dealers service is just horrible. When I first took the car for my first service, I discovered that they car is registered as Honda Ballade Elegant and not an Executive, when I confronted them about they just asked someone to change it on the system. These people are such ***** that I don’t even know if I am paying for the right car. Maybe the sold me a Honda Elegant with the price of an Executive.</p>
