On this Friday we viewed several vehicles at various dealerships. CMH Menlyn's used car sales manager, Bennie, undertook to organise a quote with our trade-in and to hold the vehicle that we had viewed until Monday for us to make a decision. <br> <br> I phoned at 9:00 on the Monday morning as I had still not received the quote. Through the day I heard nothing and could not get through to them by phone or email, this was because of load shedding and they do not have any backup for their phones or computers. I only received a quote after 14:00 and notified the salesman that we would accept it.
