Empty promises

<p>Well i purchased a vehicle at the beginning of june and realised the roof rails are loose on top and the passanger window is not working. I took the car back to the dealership two times for repairs, the first time they could not fix it because they did not have the parts the second time there was an appointment made after 3 hours i went there the car was still standing outside. After 2 weeks we arrange that another dealership will fix the problems, the sale representative Calvin Singleton arranged that my vehicle go through to the branch in Randburg. They collected my vehicle on the Tuesday about 09.00 and said they would send it in to the other branch the same day, after i phoned the other branch directly they said that the vehicle was only brought in the next day at about 12.30. Calvin phoned me yesterday to inform me that they have already arranged new roof rails from them, but according to the service consultant they have not received any go ahead..</p> <p>I am sick and tired of empty promises and lies.</p> <p> </p>
