Dont use this dealership or CMH dealerships

My inlaws Honda was booked in for a service. The vehicle has a full maintenance plan through Motorite for 5 years or 60000KM. When we arrived to collect the vehicle we were presented with a R4500.00 account to pay. The vehicle was in the 5 yea period and had a mileage of 42000km. The untrained service advisors did not inform us of flushes and cleaners etc to the value of over R1200.00. All these extras are not required as part of the Honda maintenance requirements so it is all a rip-off. I have got the proof from Honda South Africa. I have spoken to the Sales Manager as the Dealer principle was on leave. Needless to say no response. I have left messages for the DP to phone me needless to say no response. I have sent emails to the CMH group (they have different vehicle manufacturers dealership) no reply. I have sent the email to the Gauteng manager and no reply. Bottom line I would not bother ANY CMH dealership as they believe us consumers are worthless! Stay clear or get burnt. Pay back the money. This was a dishonest transaction on an 80 year old man!!!!
