Upon making contact with the parts Manager at Honda The Glen, Shaun, he advised he would contact me regarding my refund that should have been processed and in my account by Wednesday 09/01/2018, The useless *********** fool had no decency to call me back as he had promised, upon calling the parts department, several times from half past 10 I was told he would be back in an hours time, upon requesting to speak to the Dealer Principal Dylan the useless *********** fools would drop the call! They have no idea how to treat a customer nor do they care! all consultants are useless and ***********!!
