CMH Honda Sunninghill knocks it out the park

In the month of April I contacted CMH Honda in order to book my vehicle in for a service on 02nd May 2019 and the person to whom I spoke confirmed that my booking was in order. On the 02nd May 2019 I arrived at CMH Honda to tale my vehicle for a service and was assisted by Noelle who advised me that she could not find a booking for me anywhere. Here is the part that blew me away, instead of sending me away she gladly booked in the vehicle and assured me that she in no way is going to let me come back on another day. I told her that I need my vehicle back by 16:00 and she contacted me at 14:00 to let me know that my vehicle was ready. At the time of picking up my vehicle she even gave my tips on how to ensure that I get the most of my vehicle. All I can say is WOW to this amazing service. I know that this review is long over due but the mere fact that I am sending this review a few weeks later should be a reflection of just how amazed I am at the level of service.
